Will I receive promotional material and training?
Yes. Every partner gets a tailored WhatsApp strategy deck, product training videos and access to the partner team for demos and pitch support.
How do partners earn?
You earn a recurring share on every customer you refer, for a multi-year period from the date they sign up. The exact reward terms depend on your partner track and are shared with you in your partner agreement.
How are referrals tracked?
Each partner gets a unique referral link and code. We use a 90-day cookie window linked to your link, so any subscription that closes within that period is attributed to you.
When are payouts processed?
Payouts are processed on a regular cycle once your earned balance crosses the minimum payout threshold. The threshold and schedule are part of your partner agreement.
Do I need to close the deal myself?
No. Referral partners simply introduce the business. Our sales team runs the demo and negotiation, and our success team handles onboarding. Strategy and GTM partners can stay as involved as they like.
Terms and conditions
- Partners enter into a formal partnership agreement with DoubleTick before any referrals are attributed.
- Payouts are subject to managerial approval. Full terms and conditions apply and are shared at onboarding.
- To qualify, referred businesses must be legitimate and fully comply with all Meta policies for the WhatsApp Business Platform.
